<span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">I redesigned an existing app burdened by usability issues and lacklustre visuals, I embarked on a journey fuelled by user research and collaboration with colleagues and staff members. Understanding the diverse needs and pain points of users was paramount in crafting a solution that would truly resonate.<span data-metadata="">

<span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">Firstly, it was indispensable to understand the current app, in terms of what the app offers and goals, user targets and pathways and its impacts of visual appearance. Through initial observations and research I was able to understand the purpose of the app and come up with a user research plan for the redisgn.

With insights gleaned from user feedback sessions and observations, I set out to reimagine the app. The goal was twofold: to enhance navigation and streamline functionality while infusing the interface with a visually appealing aesthetic.

Through iterative design processes and meticulous attention to detail, I crafted a revamped app experience that not only simplifies the management of the office building but also fosters greater user engagement. Intuitive navigation pathways, visually pleasing layouts, and seamless interactions are at the core of the redesign, ensuring a frictionless experience for users.
